Cheeyappara Waterfalls: Nestled between Neriamangalam and Adimali on the Kochi – Madurai highway, this waterfall cascades down in seven steps. This is also a great place for trekking.

Paradesi Synagogue: Also known as Cochin Jewish Synagogue, this is the oldest synagogue in the commonwealth. This synagogue was built in 1568 AD and is adorned with exquisite hand-painted, blue-and-white Chinese porcelain tiles and Belgian hanging lamps. The synagogue still has the scrolls of the Old Testament and the copper plates, which recorded the grants of privilege, bequeathed by the Kochi rulers.

Cochin Carnival: Another major tourist attraction in Kochi, this annual event is a merry-making feast celebrated in the last week of every year.
